The Trump Organisation has signed a branding and management contract on a new hotel and residential skyscraper on the Gold Coast in Queensland, a project granted and approved in Surfers Paradise that is anticipated to be the tallest building in Australia.
The project, which will be called Trump International Hotel and Tower Gold Coast, will be constructed on the Trickett Street within Surfers Paradise in collaboration with Altus Property Group. Upon its completion, the tower will be more than the current height record of Q1 Tower, which is at 322.5 metres.

Developers assured that the mixed-use tower will comprise a five-star hotel and branded apartments under the name Trump International. It will be the initial Trump-branded hotel project in Australia.
The high-rise project has been approved in terms of planning.
