NAB Customers Hit a Digital Wall as Banking App Goes Down
Synopsis

When the outage was reported, the reason for the outage and a date when services would be restored were not given by NAB. Consumers also complained that they had difficulty making everyday purchases during the outages.
Several NAB Platforms are impacted
The mobile banking outage comes days after another disruption of NAB's mobile and desktop banking services in August.

During the same month, transactions totaled $260.6 billion, representing 176.2 million on New Payments Platform. Transaction volume on the platform was 14.2% higher year-over-year, while purchases using a card were 5.3% higher.
The NAB has declared a half-year profit of $2.75 billion
