Electro Optic Systems Wins $38 Million in Middle East Defence Contracts

Electro Optic Systems has secured $38m in new Middle East defence contracts including a $23m naval remote weapon system order and a 15$ counter-drone defence contract. These will join the existing contracts that EOS had for 2026.
The $23 million Electro Optic Systems Middle East contract, was for the order from a new customer defined as an established, partly state-owned shipbuilding company. EOS did not name the customer. These naval remote weapon systems will be delivered in the upcoming 7 years.
MARSS Secures Counter-Drone Order
EOS also revealed that the business it bought a year ago, MARSS, has won a US$15 million order from an existing customer in the Middle East for counter-drone defence.
As part of the deal, MARSS will provide a new counter-drone command and training centre to the Middle Eastern country’s national defence force. The contract is scheduled for delivery in 2026 and 2027 and provides support for counter-drone capabilities.
