Pro Medicus Secures Seven-Year US Contract
Pro Medicus has signed a seven-year contract worth A$25 million with Valley Health in the United States. The agreement covers the company’s complete range of cloud-based medical imaging solutions. Under the deal, Valley Health will use Visage 7 Viewer, Workflow, Open Archive and Cardiology Imaging.
Valley Health Moving to Cloud-Based Imaging
As part of the agreement, Valley Health will transfer its existing medical imaging archive to Visage 7 Open Archive. The contract follows a cloud-based pricing model, with payments linked to usage.
The deal further strengthens Pro Medicus’ position in the US, particularly across the Mid-Atlantic region, while adding to its expanding North American customer base.
Valley Health Selects Full Visage 7 Platform
Valley Health has selected the complete Visage 7 platform, including the company’s cardiology imaging solution. The agreement highlights the growing shift towards cloud-based medical imaging as healthcare providers look to consolidate their imaging services on a single platform.
Pro Medicus CEO Dr Sam Hupert said Valley Health adds to the company’s existing customer base in Virginia and the wider Mid-Atlantic region.
Rollout Set for 2027
Planning for the implementation will start immediately, with the system expected to go live in the first quarter of 2027.
Pro Medicus said demand remains strong among healthcare organisations looking to modernise and consolidate their medical imaging systems. The company also continues to maintain a strong pipeline and expand its presence across North America.

Pro Medicus shares have fallen by around 33% over the past 12 months, underperforming the S&P/ASX 200.
