Fortune on Thursday released its ‘World’s Best Workplace 2025 list’, in partnership with Great Place to Work where firms like Adobe, Nvidia, Accenture, Marriott International and DHL Express earned their places.

The research was based on over 9 million responses represent the experiences of over 25 million workers around the globe.

Releasing a statement, the Great Place To Work said the firms that made into the list delivered an exceptional employee experience despite facing the challenges of operating at global scale and complexity.

It added that the firms outperformed their peers on measures of employee trust, pride, and camaraderie.

Great Place To Work’s CEO, Michael C Bush, said most people employed in these firms trust their company with aspects of growth opportunities. Also, they add that the firm trusts them.

Bush opined that the top firms not only build their businesses but also help strengthen the communities where they operate.

Basis Of Survey:

Apart from analysing employee feedback for the World’s Best Workplaces list, Fortune’s survey also analysed firms’ programs and workplace strategy. The responses received were further evaluated and cross-reviewed based on the Great Place To Work’s research-driven criteria.

Also, the firms were evaluated and ranked based on how they outperform others in their own country and across the globe.

Indian Dominance:

After closely looking at the list, one can easily see that 16 out of the 25 ‘Fortune World’s Best Workplaces 2025’ now operate in India. This has strengthen India’s dominance on a global footprint.

Expressing his happiness on the survey details, Great Place To Work’s India CEO, Balbir Singh, congratulated to all the winners of the Fortune World’s Best Workplaces list.
