Leadership Transition Continues

The move comes after the ASX appointed former Euronext executive Anthony Attia as its CEO, replacing Helen Lofthouse who resigned earlier this year.

Attia will take over the job on September 1, ASX said. The company faced increased scrutiny after similar operational issues and a bungled company-name mix-up in August 2025, an outage of its announcement platform in December 2025.
