Emerald Resources Secures Major Mining Contracts at Dingo Range and Okvau

Emerald Resources has booked two new mining contracts with an A$562.5 million contract for the Dingo Range Gold Project in Western Australia and an extension of mining services at the Okvau Gold Mine in Cambodia.
The contract includes Dingo Range and includes drill & blast, load & haul, mine development and along with other mining services. Valued at A$562.5 million, it will begin in Dec 2026 and run for a period of 74 months.
Okvau Contract Extended to 2030
Emerald has further amended its mining services agreement with MACA at the Okvau Gold Mine to now include Stages 8 and 9, extending the contract until February 2030.
The agreements establish a new phase of a nearly 20-year partnership with MACA, the company said. Contracts follow negotiations completed under the terms of an exclusivity agreement first announced in August 2024 resulting in a certain schedule of rates.
Growth Projects Are Supported by a Strong Balance Sheet
Emerald had A$337.8 million (A$1=US$0.64) cash, A$39.2 million bullion and A$22.3 million listed investments as of March 2026.
Outside Okvau, the company is advancing its 100%-owned Dingo Range Gold Project in Western Australia and the 100%-owned Memot Gold Project in Cambodia. Emerald also reiterated their pledge to carbon-neutral operations in Cambodia.
