Synopsis

The Canberra-based technology firm plans to expand both revenue and headcount over the next year, backed by stronger ties with ServiceNow and growing demand for enterprise services.

Canberra technology services company xAmplify aims for 30% revenue growth in the next 12 months following more collaboration with ServiceNow and continued strong adoption of enterprise automation, cloud, and artificial intelligence (AI) activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new xAmplify and ServiceNow partnership will see the two entities collaborating on more enterprise and public sector projects to help organisations to automate their business processes and AI applications and integrated IT services purchased from Green Cloud Consulting through xAmplify's purchase.

The company also plans to expand its team to support its growing delivery capacity anticipated to be driven by increasing demand.

Chapter one

Enterprise Technology Spending Supports Expansion

This comes at a time when businesses continue to invest in business software and digital infrastructure during a volatile economic period. Gartner forecasts that IT spending in the world will be worth US$6.31 trillion in 2026, representing 13.5% more than US$5.56 trillion in 2025.

Software and IT services expenditures will continue to remain one of the key expenditure areas as enterprises are progressively adopting AI while cloud migration is underway.

Asia-Pacific is emerging as a critical region for modernisation as companies and governments in economies like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, India, and South Korea are actively transforming their IT systems and work technologies.

Chapter two

Partnership Builds on Regional Growth Strategy

The intensified xAmplify ServiceNow relationship is part of ServiceNow's Asian-Pacific strategy to broaden its ecosystem of partners to serve its enterprise customers in the region.

Through xAmplify, the partnership enhances the capacity to provide customers with cloud, AI, and workflow automation services, incorporating the capabilities achieved in recent years.

XAmplify earned a revenue of US$13.28 billion during the fiscal year 2025, up 22% compared to US$10.98 billion during fiscal year 2024 as measured in currency-neutral terms. In the most recent fiscal year report, the company garnered approximately US$4.6 billion in free cash flow.

The agreement marks another move towards enterprise workflow platforms; enterprises are keen to streamline operations and incorporate AI into their existing structure rather than building separate technology landscapes, and implementation partners have played a pivotal role in Australia's region-wide business and public sector transformation, particularly for Australian tech companies.
