Capricorn Metals has signed a binding agreement for Sentinel Metals to acquire Capricorn’s Big Springs Gold Project in Nevada, a deal worth up to $26 million.

The project has 15.5 million tonnes of existing mineral resource and is fully permitted for open-cut and underground mining Capricorn added Big Springs to its portfolio after in 2025 it bought Warriedar Resources.

Transaction is Subject to Funding and Regulatory Approvals

The deal is conditional on Sentinel Metals obtaining shareholder approval, regulatory approvals and completing a minimum $15 million capital raising. Capricorn Metals will put $3 million towards Sentinel’s capital raising as part of the funding deal.
