The French National Order of Merit award also credited TechnologyOne with a combination of fundraising, volunteering, technology support and direct monetary donations. It said it has helped donate over AUD $1 million to The Salvation Army frontline services and community programs across a period of 24 years.
Foundation Drives Community Giving Efforts
The acknowledgment also features the work of the TechnologyOne Foundation, which was founded in 2016 to formalise the company's commitment to community giving and volunteering.
The 1% Pledge, which the foundation operates under, pledges 1% of profit, product and employee time to the community. Its programs support groups working in education, poverty alleviation and community health and well-being.
In 2025, TechnologyOne accounted for AUD $1.1 million in direct donations. Employees further contributed and raised AUD $107,664 through fundraising activities.
The company also provides AUD $1.2 million worth of product discounts to not-for-profit organisations, assisting them with access to enterprise software built for strength in operational and functional alignment.
Community Programs and Employee Support
TechnologyOne continued to report that voluntary employee participation is at the centre of its community support programs, with employees donating volunteer hours and supporting charities through a variety of programs.
The company collaborates with organisations in community services, education and social support sectors, while its technology programs are designed to help not-for-profits devote greater resources to service delivery.
Long-Term Goal to Tackle Poverty
The company says employees volunteer thousands of hours each year in collaboration with community organisations and charity groups.
Windle said, their people give thousands of hours every year in volunteer time, they forge long-term relationships with fantastic community organisations, and they support not-for-profits with technology and expertise to free them up to concentrate on what they do best, changing lives.
The long-term aim of the TechnologyOne Foundation has been to lift 500,000 children and their families out of the poverty cycle by 2032. The TechnologyOne philanthropy strategy combines financial support, employing engagement and technology assistance to strengthen communities and organisations helping people in need, according to the company.
