The $67 billion tech company has engaged barrister Perry Herzfeld SC to lead its proceedings. It is supported by the law firm Thomson Geer. Two insiders familiar with the dispute spoke anonymously. "This is why we have made this decision to back you."

These are Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Kick, X, YouTube and Reddit. The law sets fines reaching up to $49.5 million for violations. It was approved with agreement in November last year, following a passionate and intense campaign aimed at lowering the exposure of harmful content to children online.
