Lendlease concluded the sale of its UK Build-to-Rent portfolio to Greystar for associated cash proceeds of c.$260m in FY26. The deal, which is expected to close no later than June 30, is with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
This includes 904 Dublin build to rent homes for Elephant Park in London.
Capital Recycling Strategy
Lendlease extended the urban renewal phase of the project, stating this is substantially complete and the assets have been largely established so it was now appropriate to recycle growth capital from this development.
We have to work with and provide liquidity, returns and growth opportunities for our partners over the entire investment lifecycle, CEO Penny Ransom said.
